Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Custom-made, personalised or one-of-one products created specifically for a customer are not eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
